Not On The High Street will run consecutive campaigns from now until December as part of a 120 per cent investment in TV and VOD, according to VP and brand experience manager Rachel Wells. Wells said the business wanted to ramp up marketing across all channels, including television, but also to place the spotlight on the small businesses that sell with the platform, putting them at the centre of the narrative. She described this focus as the company’s “super‑power”, emphasizing the real people behind the brand and noting it as a huge differentiation point from competitors that offer “horrible mass‑produced or AI‑produced products”. Wells added that the business remains founded on makers who pour their heart and soul into their creations, and that customers value products they can cherish forever. She said it was essential to shine a light on those businesses and make them the heart of the campaign, highlighting many moments that stand out to her.
